Our annual choose-your-own-adventure women's weekend is heading to Oklahoma for its second year! Join us on the banks of Fort Gibson Lake for a weekend of camaraderie, exploration & connection. Registration opens Sunday September 7 at 10 am CDT!

Our own Oklahoma Coordinator Sarah Allen will be our guest speaker Saturday night! She will be speaking on the life and legacy of Jane Goodall.

Survival Skills on Sunday has been CANCELLED. If you enrolled in this class, please see the registration desk so we can find you another option!
HOUSEKEEPING!
- We have stocked your cabins and the wash houses with paper products. We hope this will last the weekend for you but should you find yourself in need, additional products are up at the fire pit inside the main lodge.
- There is NO PARKING in the designated Camp Director Spot! Please park on the one-way road instead.
- We are welcome guests here at Campfire USA, and we will be practicing Leave No Trace principles, as we aim to leave our space better than we found in.
Nature Bingo!
Stop by the registration desk to pick up a card for Nature Bingo! Snap a pic of your findings and try to get 5 in a row! Completed cards should be brought to registration for verification. First one to complete and verify gets a prize! You can play Friday AND Saturday!
Silent Auction!
Our silent auction is now OPEN! We will close the auction Saturday after dinner, at which time you can pick up your prize and render payment. Happy bidding!

Maybe it doesn’t fit anymore, maybe it’s not your style—or maybe it’s just been sitting in your closet for too long. If you’ve got gently used hiking boots, backpacks, camping gear, jackets, yoga pants, or other outdoor essentials, bring them to our first-ever wildHERness Used Gear Sale!
Here’s What to Know:
- Only bring gear in good condition
Think: gear you’d feel good about buying yourself. No damaged items, heavily worn-out gear, or anything missing important parts (like straps, buckles, or poles).
- Set yourself up for smooth payments
Bring a printed QR code for your preferred payment apps (Venmo, PayPal, etc.), along with your name clearly labeled. This helps buyers pay you directly! Easy and secure.
- Label & price your items
We’ll tag items with painter’s tape including your name and price to keep things organized. Want to save time? Feel free to label and price your gear before you arrive.
- Unsold gear?
Anything not picked up by the end of the event will be donated to a local organization—so make sure to swing back by if you want to keep your unsold items.
Let your old gear find a new adventure buddy—and make room in your closet while you’re at it!
